AI Airport Services Limited Recruitment 2026 for Passenger Service Agent, AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL) is inviting applications for on-the-job training for the position of Passenger Service Agent (Trainee) at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow. The training program focuses on passenger handling operations across the Terminal, Ramp, and Cargo areas and will be conducted for an initial duration of 11 months. Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 during the training period.
Operating under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), AIASL provides integrated ground handling services, including ramp operations, passenger services, baggage handling, cargo handling, and cabin cleaning. As one of India’s leading ground handling service providers, AIASL currently operates at more than 82 airports nationwide. The organization supports six Indian scheduled airlines (including Alliance Air), one domestic cargo airline, 73 foreign scheduled airlines, four seasonal charter airlines, and 22 international airlines handling perishable cargo through APEDA, in addition to offering services for non-scheduled flight operations.

Application Process for AI Airport Services Limited Recruitment 2026 for Passenger Service Agent
- Applications Through Institutes
Recognized aviation training institutes or colleges may apply by submitting a list of eligible candidates. The selection of candidates will be conducted through personal interviews. - Nature of Engagement
The engagement for the Passenger Service Agent (PSA) trainee position will be purely temporary. - Work Schedule
Trainees will work six days a week in a rotational three-shift system, which may include night shifts. They will receive one paid weekly off and applicable holidays. The weekly off will be paid only if the trainee has attended work for the previous six days. During the engagement period, trainees will also be entitled to one leave per month. - Selection Criteria
Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and considered for the Passenger Service Agent (Trainee) position. - Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates whose performance, appraisal ratings, attendance, and overall conduct are satisfactory will be awarded a Certificate of Completion in Passenger Service (Trainee) by AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL).
