Minimum 15 years Post Qualification working experience.

  1. ii) Should have at least 5 Years’ experience in Land Acquisition in Rail and Road based projects including at least

2 years in foreign funded projects (including experience in Social Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan

(RAP) and Income Restoration Plan).

iii) In case of IDA employees, he/she should be working in at least E-5 grade (IDA scale of Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000).

In case of CDA employees, he/she should be working in at least Level-11 of 7th CPC.

In case of Private sector employees, he/she should be drawing a compensation more than Rs.23,00,000/- P.A
