Selection Process for National Aluminium Company Limited Recruitment 2026 for Manager Apply Online
Selection for E03 grade positions will be carried out through a Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI). The written/CBT assessment will carry a weightage of 85%, while the Personal Interview will account for the remaining 15%.

Candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an amount of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) towards the application and processing charges.
Applicants from SC/ST/PwBD categories must pay ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as processing fee. No application or processing fee is applicable for internal candidates.
