Selection Process for RITES Limited Recruitment 2026 for Individual Consultant
- The selection process will be conducted exclusively through a personal interview. During the interview, candidates will be assessed on multiple parameters, including technical competence, subject-matter knowledge, relevant experience, communication ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants will be required to submit copies of their educational qualifications and claimed work experience, which will be verified against original documents at the appropriate stage and may also be validated from the original issuing authorities.
- Only candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the interview. The determination of eligibility or ineligibility by RITES Ltd. shall be final, and no correspondence or requests for clarification in this regard will be entertained.
