Position: Chief Manager – Boiler Operation

Qualification: Incumbent must be Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical) with First Class from recognized Institute/University. Candidate must have passed Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate.

Experience: Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Boiler Operation & Maintenance of large industrial organization.

Age Criteria: Around 45 Years

Job Location: Around 45 Years Location will be either at Bharuch or at Dahej Unit; however, recruit may be placed at any other department/unit/depot of the company.

As a Chief Manager (Boiler Operation), the incumbent needs to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, reliability, emissions, and cost reduction; prepare and present operational reports, budgets, and improvement proposals to senior management.

Remuneration :

The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Regular Grade GREO-04 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-04 is Approx. Rs. 26.16 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.

Additional Information :

Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
