BEML Limited is looking to hire HR professionals for the roles of Officer (HR), Grade II and Assistant Manager (HR), Grade III. Selected candidates will be responsible for key HR and Industrial Relations functions, including recruitment, implementation of HR policies, performance management, learning and development, employee welfare initiatives, and compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, including contract labour management. Appointments may be made at BEML’s manufacturing or marketing units located across India.

For the 22 vacancies of Officer and Assistant Manager, Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) will first review the applications received. Candidates found suitable will be shortlisted and called for an interview as part of the selection process.
