Eligibility Criteria
Qualification & Experience
- The essential educational qualification and the required post-qualification experience for the position of Junior Manager across various cadres/disciplines are detailed below.

OR Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years of experience in the relevant field. |

Age Limit
The upper age limit for the post of Junior Manager is 40 years as of the specified reckoning date. Age relaxations will be applicable for candidates from SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and Ex-servicemen categories as per the guidelines detailed below.

Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected for the post based on their performance in the Written Test, followed by document verification.
Written Examination
- Information such as the date of the Written Test, exam syllabus, and other relevant details will be provided in the call letter issued to shortlisted applicants.
- The Written Test will be conducted online across multiple examination centers throughout India.
- The tentative list of exam cities includes:
Bengaluru, Raipur, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi. - The minimum qualifying marks out of aggregate marks prescribed in CBT for short-listing candidates for Document Verification shall be 30% for candidates belonging to General (Unreserved) / OBC categories and 20% for those belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories.
Application Fee
- General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹500/- (Five Hundred only). All other categories, including PwBD candidates, are exempt from paying the fee.
- The application fee, along with any applicable bank charges, must be paid online through the Payment Gateway or NEFT transfer available on the HCL website.
