Method of Selection & Important Terms

Selection Process: Candidates are required to attend a walk-in interview at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam, on the scheduled date and time. Applicants must carry a copy of the online submitted application form along with all original certificates for verification.
Nature of Appointment: The engagement is on a fixed-term, part-time contract for a period of three (03) months. This appointment does not confer any right or claim for regular employment with HSL at any stage.
Termination Clause: The contract may be terminated by either party by providing one month’s written notice.
Selection Discretion: Candidates who are not qualified, shortlisted, or selected will not be provided with reasons for the same.
Experience Criteria: Any training period, including apprenticeship or internship in any organization, will not be considered as work experience while calculating post-qualification experience.
