Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyse operational and commercial data related to goods and parcel traffic of NWR.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and surveys with railway officials, freight customers, logistics service providers, etc.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and policy briefs for submission to NWR.
Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, or related fields.
Essential attributes
- The candidate will be working out of IIM Udaipur with the PI and Co-PI. However, the candidate must possess the
- ability and willingness to extensively travel across Rajasthan on a frequent basis for data collection, interviews, and
- survey work.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desired attributes
- Experience in data collection and fieldwork.
- Exposure to data analysis tools like Python.
Compensation
- 50,000 per month (consolidated).
Duration
- The initial appointment will be for 6 months.
- Opportunity for reappointment in similar projects based on performance.
