Legrand Empowering Scholarship Program 2025-26, This Scholarship Program is an initiative by Group Legrand India, is dedicated to supporting deserving girl students by offering financial aid. This program particularly focuses on empowering meritorious girls, including those who are differently-abled, affected by COVID-19, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or from single-parent or orphaned backgrounds, helping them to advance in higher education.
Eligible candidates pursuing degrees such as B.Tech., B.E., B.Arch., or undergraduate courses in Finance or Science fields (including B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., etc.) can benefit from this scholarship. Regular scholars will receive coverage of 60% of their annual tuition fees, capped at INR 60,000 per year.
Students belonging to the special category* will be granted a higher support level, with 80% of their tuition fees covered, up to INR 1,00,000 annually. This support continues throughout the duration of their course, contingent on their academic performance.
*Special category includes differently-abled girls, LGBTQ+ students, Covid-affected students, and those from single-parent or orphaned families.

Legrand Empowering Scholarship Program 2025-26 (Special Category Application)
Eligibility
- Open to differently-abled girl students, LGBTQ+ students, Covid-affected students and students with single parents or orphans across India.
- Applicants must have secured admission in B.Tech., B.E., B.Arch., B.B.A., B.Com., or B.Sc. degrees in India.
- Applicants must have passed Class 12 in the year 2024–25.
- Applicants must have secured 60% marks in Class 10 and 12 examinations. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The applicant’s annual family income from all sources must be less than or equal to INR 5,00,000.
Benefits
- 80% of annual course fees up to INR 1,00,000 per year (whichever is less) till the completion of the course will be awarded to the special category* students based on academic performance.
- NOTE: Preference will be given to students from the special category*.
- *Special category: Differently-abled girl students, LGBTQ+ students, Covid-affected students, and students with single parents or orphans.

- Open for girl students across India only.
- Applicants must have secured admission in B.Tech., B.E., B.Arch., B.B.A., B.Com., or B.Sc. degrees in India.
- Applicants must have passed Class 12 in the year 2024–25.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 70% and above marks in Class 10 and 12 examinations.
- The applicant’s annual family income from all sources must be less than or equal to INR 5,00,000.
Benefits
- 60% of annual course fees up to INR 60,000 per year (whichever is less) till the completion of the course will be provided to girl students based on their academic performance.
