NABARD Karnataka Recruitment 2026 for Bank Medical Officer (BMO)

NABARD Karnataka Recruitment 2026 for Bank Medical Officer (BMO), Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the preparation of a panel to fill the position of Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) on a contractual basis.
The selected candidates may be deployed at any of the following three NABARD dispensaries in Bengaluru:

  1. Karnataka Regional Office, 46 Kempe Gowda Road, Bengaluru – 560009
  2. Officers’ Quarters, Raheja Park Apartments, Magadi Main Road, Agrahara Dasarahalli, Vijaynagar – 560079
  3. Officers’ Quarters, Nandini Layout, Bengaluru – 560096

Completed applications must reach the Chief General Manager, Karnataka Regional Office, NABARD Tower, 46 Kempe Gowda Road, Bengaluru – 560009, on or before 15 March 2026.

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Karnataka Recruitment 2026 for Bank Medical Officer (BMO)

  1. The applicant must hold an MBBS degree in the Allopathic system of medicine from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India.
  2. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in General Medicine are also eligible to apply.
  3. The applicant should have a minimum of two (02) years of experience working as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital or clinic.
  4. The applicant must have working knowledge of computers/laptops to efficiently carry out dispensary-related tasks.
  5. The applicant’s own dispensary or residence should be located within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers from any of the Bank’s dispensaries mentioned earlier.
  6. The remuneration for the Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO), appointed on a contract basis, will be determined based on actual duty hours performed and will be all-inclusive.
  7. The contract will be for a period of five years and may be renewed upon completion, subject to a performance review, up to the maximum age limit of 70 years.

Selection Procedure for NABARD Karnataka Recruitment 2026 for Bank Medical Officer (BMO)

  1. NABARD will conduct an interview to prepare a panel for the engagement of Medical Officers on a contractual basis, with fixed hourly remuneration.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to enhance the minimum eligibility criteria or apply other standards to restrict the number of candidates invited for the interview. The Bank’s decision in this matter will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained from applicants who are not shortlisted for the interview.
  3. Candidates shortlisted after the interview will be required to undergo medical examinations or submit a Medical Fitness Certificate, as per the prescribed guidelines, prior to engagement as a Bank’s Medical Officer.
  4. Final appointment to the post will depend on the candidate being declared medically fit and accepting the Terms and Conditions outlined in Annexure–I.
