Selection Process
Candidates who register online with NHPC and submit all required information in line with the prescribed eligibility criteria will be provisionally permitted to appear for the Computer-Based Online Test (CBT) and, where applicable, the Written Test. To qualify in these examinations, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks (for General/OBC/Gen-EWS categories) and 35% marks (for SC/ST/PwBD categories).
Selection will be based on the merit of the online test, following which shortlisted candidates will be invited for Document Verification (DV) at NHPC’s Corporate Office in Faridabad. During this stage, original mark sheets and certificates will be verified, and biometric authentication of candidates will also be carried out.
Upon successful completion of the document verification process, the finally selected candidates will receive a provisional Offer of Appointment from NHPC.
