Polytechnic Colleges in Delhi Admission Process

Entrance Exam: CET Delhi Entrance Exam
Follow the steps below:
- Candidates can visit the official website of CET Delhi and fill out the application form online.
- Delhi polytechnic application form requires the candidate’s personal details, academic background, and educational qualifications.
- Once the details are filled in, the candidates are required to upload scanned copies of certificates, mark sheets, and address details on the application portal.
- The candidate then needs to upload his/her scanned passport-sized photograph, signature, and thumb impression in the said format.
- The candidate is advised to take the printout of the application form and keep it secure for future references or needs.
- The last step involves fee payment. The application form fee can be paid online via credit card, debit card, e-wallet, internet banking, or bank challan.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
Polytechnic Colleges in Delhi Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Engineering or Technology: The candidate must qualify class 10 exam from a recognized board. They must have secured 35% marks and have English, Mathematics, & any other Science subjects.
- Pharmacy Courses: The candidate must qualify class 10 exam from a recognized board. They must have secured 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) and have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects.
- Modern Office Practice (English): The candidate must qualify for class 10 & class 12 exams from a recognized board. They must have secured 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the best three subjects including English.
- 10th-based Diploma Courses: The candidate must qualify class 10 exam from a recognized board. They must have secured 35% marks and have Science, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects.
- Modern Office Practice (Hindi): The candidate must qualify for class 10 & class 12 exams from a recognized board. They must have secured a minimum of 35% aggregate in the top three subjects including Hindi or Sanskrit.
- 2nd-year Diploma Course: The candidate must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. Candidates who have enrolled in a 2 – year ITI course are also eligible to apply.
Polytechnic Colleges in Delhi Counseling Process
- Delhi CET counseling will be conducted online after the result announcement.
- Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be called to register for the counseling process.
- The complete schedule regarding seat allotment list, admission confirmation, fee payment, and choice filling rounds will be published on the official website.
- According to the schedule, candidates can register for the counseling round and appear for admission rounds if they are allotted the institution of their choice.
