Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Statistics/Information Systems
Experience:Experience Requirements
Mandatory Experience: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in roles such as IT Consultancy, IT Advisory Services, IT Expert, or board-level engagement in the fields of Information Technology, Banking Technology, or Cyber Security. Relevant experience with Public Sector Banks, reputed financial institutions, government organizations, or leading IT service firms will be considered.
Additionally, applicants should have held senior leadership positions such as CISO, CTO/CIO, or Head of Department in top universities (or equivalent roles) for a minimum of 3 years, along with an overall work experience of at least 25 years in areas like Information Technology, Banking Technology, Financial Inclusion, IT/IS Policies, Cyber Security, Process Automation, or related domains.
Desirable Experience: Experience in banking IT domains such as IT policy and planning, financial networks and applications, financial information systems, cyber security technologies, and payment technologies is preferred.
Candidates who have been part of Technical Advisory Groups, regulatory or government working groups, or industry-level committees will have an added advantage.

The selection process will be based on shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview and/or any other method decided by the Bank.
A screening committee will assess whether candidates meet the eligibility criteria. The Bank reserves the right to तय parameters for screening, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
