Selection Process for MECON Limited Recruitment 2026 for Executives Manager and Senior Manager
The selection process will primarily consist of a Personal Interview for candidates who are provisionally shortlisted. However, the management reserves the right to modify the selection method if required.
Shortlisting for the interview will be based on the evaluation of applications, including the details, declarations, and supporting documents submitted by candidates during the online application process. Therefore, applicants must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement and possess valid documents to support their claims before appearing for the interview.
Personal Interview Details
The list of shortlisted candidates, along with the interview schedule including date, time, and venue, will be published on MECON’s official website. Additionally, shortlisted candidates will receive this information via their registered email IDs.
The final selection results will also be made available on the official website. Selected candidates will be notified through email regarding their reporting date, required documents, and details related to the medical examination.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1000 (Rupees One Thousand only). However, applicants from SC, PWD, Ex-Servicemen categories, as well as internal candidates, are exempted from paying the fee.
The application fee must be paid online through the payment gateway provided by MECON by selecting the “Click here” option available under the payment section of the online application form. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
How to Apply
Step 1: Online Application Submission
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria must apply online through the official MECON website under the Careers section. Navigate to Career Opportunities and click on the relevant “Apply Online” link once it is activated. Applications will be accepted only through online mode, and no other method of submission will be considered.
Step 2: Upload Required Documents
While filling out the online application form, candidates need to upload the following documents:
A recent passport-size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format (maximum size 40 KB)
Signature using blue or black ink in JPG/JPEG format (maximum size 40 KB)
Step 3: Upload Supporting Documents (PDF Format)
Candidates must upload self-attested scanned copies of the following:
Proof of age such as Matriculation/Secondary Certificate, mark sheet, or birth certificate
Graduation and Post-Graduation certificates (final or provisional, as applicable)
Mark sheets of all semesters/years or a consolidated mark sheet
Work experience certificates or other relevant documents supporting the claimed experience
PAN Card and Aadhaar Card (any mismatch in Aadhaar details may lead to rejection of the application)
Valid category certificates for SC/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates, along with sports certificates if applying under the meritorious sportsperson category
