- The personal details entered in the application form should exactly match the information mentioned in the Class 10 certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card. If there has been any change in the candidate’s name after Class 10, valid documentary proof supporting the change must be presented during verification.
- Any attempt to influence the recruitment process through recommendations, lobbying, or other unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification. The decision of ICSIL regarding acceptance or rejection of applications will be final, and the organization reserves the right to withdraw the recruitment advertisement at any stage without prior notice.

The deducted amount will be refunded along with applicable savings bank interest after the candidate completes all contractual obligations and a No Dues Certificate is received from the concerned department.
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature and does not provide any right to claim regular employment with ICSIL. Candidates may be engaged under specific projects or schemes, and all statutory provisions applicable under Indian law will apply.
