The company invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for engagement under Fixed Term Employment (FTE) in the Worker Category at its Palakkad unit.

General Conditions
- The positions are temporary and purely on a fixed-term basis. They do not offer any right to permanent/regular employment with Instrumentation Limited.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates working in Government, Public Sector, Semi-Government or Autonomous organisations must apply through the proper channel or submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the written/practical test.
- Candidates must meet all the required qualification, experience and other eligibility criteria as on the date of advertisement.
- Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the written/practical test. The Management may shortlist candidates, raise eligibility standards, or reject applications without assigning a reason.
- Selection Process:
- Written Test – 40 marks: Questions based on the candidate’s ITI trade/subject.
- Practical Test – 60 marks: Trade-related practical work conducted at Instrumentation Limited, Palakkad.
- Appointment will be subject to verification of caste, character and antecedents, wherever applicable.
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Minority/EWS candidates must submit valid certificates issued by the competent authority. The category mentioned in the application cannot be changed later.
- Shortlisted candidates must produce their original certificates/documents during document verification, particularly those relating to age, qualification and experience.
- Candidates attending the written/practical test will be eligible for TA (Travelling Allowance) equivalent to III AC train fare by the shortest route, subject to submission of valid travel proof. If original documents required for verification are not produced, the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the test and no TA will be paid.
- Incomplete applications or applications not submitted in the prescribed format will be rejected.
- Any false or incorrect information may lead to rejection at any stage, including after engagement.
- Any form of canvassing or outside influence for selection will result in disqualification.
- Instrumentation Limited will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered by a candidate during the selection process or travel.
- Selected candidates must accept the offer within one week of receiving it. Otherwise, the offer may be given to the next candidate in order of merit.
- The Management reserves the right to call or not call any candidate for the selection process. No correspondence regarding rejection due to ineligibility will be entertained.
