Period of Contract & Place of Posting
- The positions are temporary and contractual, with a maximum tenure of five years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.
- The posting may be at UCSL Kochi, Malpe or project sites, as decided by UCSL.

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration based on their year of service:

Age Limit
- The maximum age limit is 30 years as on September 1, 2026. Candidates should have been born on or after September 2, 1996.

The selection process will consist of an Objective Type Test, PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview, carrying a total of 100 marks:

Objective Type Test
- The test will be conducted at UCSL Malpe or another location decided by UCSL.
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Total Questions: 50 Multiple Choice Questions
- General Knowledge: 10 marks
- Subject-Based Questions: 40 marks
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- There will be no negative marking.
Shortlisting & Certificate Verification
Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Objective Type Test:
- UR/EWS: 50% of the total marks
- SC/ST: 40% of the total marks for vacancies reserved for SC/ST
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria may be shortlisted for the PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview, subject to verification of their eligibility.
Candidates must produce their original certificates along with self-attested copies as proof of age, educational qualification, reservation category and experience during certificate verification. Candidates failing to produce the required documents will not be considered for the subsequent selection stages.
Only candidates who successfully complete certificate verification will be eligible for the PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview.
The PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview may be conducted at UCSL Malpe/Kochi, through electronic media or at another location decided by UCSL.
Final Rank List
The final rank list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the Objective Type Test, PowerPoint Presentation and Personal Interview.
In case two or more candidates secure equal marks, the marks obtained in the Subject-Based section of the Objective Type Test will be considered first for determining rank. If the tie continues, seniority in age will be used to determine relative merit.
UCSL also reserves the right to scrutinize applications and shortlist candidates based on the eligibility requirements and certificates uploaded through the online application portal, depending on the number of applications received.
