Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Management Industrial Trainee position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Only Indian Nationalscan apply.
Candidates must have passed CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate).
The maximum age is 25 years as on 1 September 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a higher qualificationare not eligible.
Candidates must possess the required CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) pass certificate.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a candidate’s academic performance and interview performance. Statutory reservations will be followed as per Government rules.
Candidates selected for the position will be informed by email, followed by publication of the selected candidates’ list on the BEL website.
Training and Benefits
The initial training period will be one year. Based on performance, the training may be extended by another year, with the total tenure—including extensions—not exceeding three years.
The monthly stipend will increase with each year of training:
1st Year:₹25,000 per month
2nd Year:₹27,000 per month
3rd Year:₹30,000 per month
Selected trainees will also have access to several facilities and benefits, including:
Canteen facilities on a chargeable basis.
Transport facilities on a chargeable basis.
Free OPD medical services at the BEL hospital, as per company norms.
Group Personal Accident Insurance with a sum insured of ₹5 lakh.
Subsidised accommodation for eligible outstation candidates, subject to availability and on a chargeable basis.
Candidates attending the selection process will not be entitled to TA/DA.
