XAT 2022 Exam Application process
Students are requested to follow the steps to initiate and complete the application process for XAT 2022 exam.
- As soon as the online application starts the students have to visit the official website and click on the registration form. (https://www.xlri.ac.in/)
- The online application form will be available from September 2021 till the end of the December 2021.
- During the registration the candidate have to create an account with ID and Password. Same should be saved or noted for future use.
- Candidates will be able to apply for more than one programme.
- The XLRI official will provide guidelines for upload of Photograph and Signature please keep ready before the application process begins to avoid problems.
- Hardcopy of certificates are not required during the application process.
- Candidates should make sure to enter valid details during the time of admission.
XAT 2022 Exam Registration Fee
The registration fee for the XAT 2022 entrance exam is mentioned below. The fee can be deposited through by using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

XAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must follow the below eligibly criteria to know whether they are eligible for the entrance exam or not.
- There is no age limit to applying in XAT 2022 entrance exam.
- Candidate should hold Graduation degree or any equivalent degree from the recognized university in any discipline.
- Students in last year of the graduation are also eligible for the entrance exam.
- NRIcandidates can also apply through GMAT.
XAT 2022 Exam Pattern
Exam pattern or XAT exam is simple please follow the below pointers.
- The exam will be conducted through online
- The exam duration is for about 3
- Multiple choice questions (MCQ)will be asked in the examination.
- Exam question will carry 1 mark.
- Negative Marking of 0.25marks is there. For more than 12 un-attempted questions, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.

XAT 2022 Exam Preparation tips
When it comes to entrance exam preparation, preparing well in advance gives an edge to the candidate and they feel more confident. From our side we would like to present some useful tips that could help student to prepare for XAT 2022 like a boss.
- All students must prepare a study plan according to the syllabus and exam pattern. More priority should be given to feeble subjects and lesser to ones you know better.
- Students must learn to plan time for revision for prepared subjects well in advance so that last minute panic could be avoided.
- Solving previous years and mock papers is an added bonus because now you know what kinds of questions are asked and how to answer them within the stipulated exam time.
- Writing helps to memorize better and recollection of information when needed is faster so make it a practice to make notes for better memory.
- For improvement in general knowledge applicants should read newspapers for current affairs and general knowledge magazines to enhance knowledge in this sphere.
- Create a workout regimen, say, for 5 days a week, running and body weight exercises are good to keep you physically and psychologically fit. Take time out to have fun and enjoy life also concurrently with studying.
- Last but not the least, this one is very important tip. Always review your progress on a weekly basis and see where you stand at the level of preparation. If need be change your study plan accordingly.
XAT 2022 Admit Card
The admit card will be released and ready for download by the third week of December 2021. The admit card is only available through online mode and the students have to download it, no, hard copy will be provided.
For admission into the examination hall students have to get their admit card checked so it is very important to carry the admit card during the examination.
XAT 2022 Exam Result
The expected date for release of the result for XAT 2022 exam is around January 2022. XLRI authorities will release the exam result online.
Based on the performance in the exams a merit list will be prepared for the admission in the college.
The merit list will form the basis of the admission into the participating institutes.
XAT 2022 Exam Counseling
Candidates who have qualified the entrance exam will be invited for counseling 2022. The process for counseling is simple. Qualified candidates will have to visit the official website and sign into the portal using the login ID and password created at the time of registration.
After successful login the student have to pay the counseling fee.
The selection process will consists of two steps 1. Group Discussion 2. Personal Interview.
Only the candidates who have cleared the selection process will get admission into the participating institute as per the choice locked by the candidate.
