Universities in Bahrain Admission Process
The rules for admission are simple, selected a higher education program and then select a university best suited to your requirement and then you initiate the process of admission.
- First you need to visit the official website of the selected university and start the process of registration.
- If the website allows you to upload the form online than you can simply fill and upload the form and if not than you can send the completed documents to university office.
- Selection is done if the candidate has fulfilled the eligibility criteria and other formalities only then they will be given a letter of acceptance.
- You can submit the program fees after that.
Universities in Bahrain Eligibility Criteria
- An overall GPA of 2.3 or equivalent for admission in Engineering, Management, Media and other programs.
- English language proficiency such as IELTS (academic) with a score of (6.0 IELTS) or equivalent such as TOEFL or Duolingo, or Linguaskill. Linguaskill testing is offered at AUBH, to find out more please
- Passing personal interview (if applicable, depends upon university criteria for admission)
Documents Required
- A certified copy of the student’s general secondary school grade report or its equivalent.
- A report of the student’s grades for the last three years of schooling, including average and rank in class.
- A certified copy of student’s higher education institution transcript along with the course description for transfer students.
- A photocopy of the student’s passport, Smart Card and two passport size photographs.
- Proof of English Language Proficiency.
- Good Health Certificate from a recognized health center or hospital in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Accepted English Language Proficiency Test like TOEFL and IELTS
