Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) Recruitment 2025 for Apprentice, Research Centre Imarat (RCI), a distinguished laboratory under Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex, DRDO, is inviting online applications from talented and motivated Indian nationals. Note: It is mandatory to have Aadhaar Seeded Bank account to receive 50% of stipend from Board of Apprenticeship and Training (BOAT) under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Scheme in respect of Graduate & Technician Apprentice. .

Application Procedure:

1 Before applying, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the detailed Advertisement available on https://drdo.gov.in.

2 Registration of B.E / B.Tech / Diploma candidates on NATS 2.0 portal https://nats.education.gov.in and ITI trade apprentices on https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in is mandatory.

3 B.E / B.Tech / Diploma candidates may apply by logging into portal https://nats.education.gov.in by selecting Research Centre Imarat Enrolment ID: STLRAC000010.

4 ITI trade candidates may apply by logging into portal https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in by clicking on ‘Apprenticeship Opportunities’ and by typing in ‘Search by Establishment Name’ with ‘RESEARCH CENTRE IMARAT’,(Establishment ID: E05203600040) and click Apply after choosing your respective trade.

5 Candidate should not be less than 18 years of age as on 01st September 2052.

6 The regular candidates who have completed the qualifying examinations (Graduate, Diploma and ITI trade apprentices in 2021, 2022, 2023 2024 and 2025 possessing percentage 70% and more), are only eligible to apply.

7 The last date for receipt of online application is 30 days from the date of publication of Advertisement in News Paper.

Selection Procedure:

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be applicable as per provision of Apprentices Act 1961, Apprentice Rules, 1992 and Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit / Interview as required, subject to satisfactory verification of the documents.
Shortlisted Candidates will be informed via E-mail mentioned in the application for correspondence. It is advised to check the emails periodically and keep the same active till completion of selection process. Administration of Establishment will not be responsible for non-receipt of communication due to change in mobile number/e-mail id.
Candidates are required to bring Original and Self-attested copy of documents mentioned below during document verification / joining :-

NATS / NAPS profile printout
10th Mark sheet and certificate.
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI Final Mark sheet/ Provisional.
Degree / provisional Degree / Diploma / ITI certificate.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
PWD Certificate (if applicable).
Any Photo ID card issued by Govt. of India like PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License.
Aadhaar Card (Mandatory).
Copy of Aadhaar Seeded Bank Pass Book/Statement [Note: It is mandatory to have Aadhaar Seeded / linked Bank account].
Medical fitness certificate issued by a Civil Assistant Surgeon.
Two Passport size photographs.
Candidates selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons which are beyond their control. Before commencement of training, the candidate will have to execute a contract of apprenticeship in the respective portals.
Selected Candidates have to produce valid Police Verification Certificate either from their place of last residence (for at least past one year) or permanent address at the time of joining.
No correspondence shall be entertained from the candidates NOT selected for Apprenticeship training.
The Management reserves the right to amend / refix / cancel / suspend / the selection process at any time during the process without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the management shall be final and binding and no appeal of any kind shall be accepted / considered in this regard.
