Salary / Honorarium
(Oil India Limited intends to empanel Fifty-five (55) domain experts on call basis for specialized assignments 2025)
Selected experts will be compensated on a daily honorarium basis as follows:
- CMD/MD/Directors: ₹20,000 per day
- EDs/CGM/GGM/GMs/Professors or equivalent: ₹15,000 per day
- DGMs/Associate Professors or equivalent: ₹10,000 per day
Additionally, eligible candidates will receive travel, local conveyance, and boarding/lodging facilities in line with the entitlements applicable to corresponding regular executive grades.
Contract Terms

- The engagement will be purely contractual for a duration of two years.
- Experts may be assigned on-call duties for up to 100 days annually.
