Applicants are advised to make payment of One Time Registration (OTR) Fee before One Day of the Walk-In-Interview. Otherwise ICSIL will not be responsible for late receipt/update of OTR fee.
- Only those candidates who have registered online and made one time registration fee of Rs. 590/- (non-refundable) on the ICSIL website will be entertained for walk-in interview as per the scheduled.
- Applicant is mandatory to bring a proof of payment one time registration fee of Rs. 590/- (to be printed out from their manage profile) at the time of WalkIn interview.
Terms & Conditions for Intelligent Communication Systems India Recruitment 2026 for Data Entry Operator Walk In Interview
- Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
- Shortlisting will be based on document verification and interview. Deployment is contractual/outsourced for a fixed period or until regular staff join.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may involve shifts/rotations. No extra conveyance allowance.
- Candidates must bring original documents, one set of photocopies, and 2 recent photographs.
- Details on application form must match Class 10th certificate, PAN, and Aadhar. Name change proof (if any) must be provided.
- Canvassing or attempting to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification.
- ICSIL can accept/reject applications or withdraw the advertisement without notice.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.

- Providing false/misleading information may result in rejection at any stage.
- Security deposit: 15 days’ salary deducted in two parts; refundable after completing contractual obligations and obtaining No Dues certificate, with applicable bank interest.
- Engagement is purely contractual; no claim for regular appointment.
- Selection may include interview, skill test, or written test.
- Mere attendance at the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection.
- Professional behaviour is expected; misconduct may lead to disqualification.
- The interview panel’s decision is final.
