Be a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force.
Desirable Experience:
Knowledge and practical experience in safety management and fire-fighting operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall security management of the manufacturing unit. Key duties include:
Supervising and coordinating all security arrangements at the unit.
Monitoring the performance and deployment of security guards.
Conducting the selection and interview of new security guards whenever replacements are required.
Managing and ensuring the proper functioning of electronic surveillance systems.
Reporting important security-related matters to senior management.
Performing other security and administrative duties assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
