A minimum of 3 years of experience at the Top Management or CEO level in a comparable Fund or AIF organization.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, business planning, decision-making, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
Extensive hands-on experience in managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), or Investment Banking operations.
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Good working knowledge of modern, technology-driven systems and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates who have served in the Government sector on a full-time basis for at least three years.
