The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹1,60,000 per month for the contractual engagement. In cases where the engagement period is shorter than the duration specified under Sl. No. 05, the payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the actual period of service rendered.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will be conducted through a walk-in interview, where candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance during the interaction and verification of relevant documents. Candidates who qualify in the interview process will subsequently undergo a medical screening to assess their medical fitness for the engagement.

Candidates appearing for the walk-in interview are required to carry original documents along with relevant supporting certificates for verification purposes. The following documents must be submitted at the time of registration and interview:
- SSLC/Matriculation Certificate as proof of date of birth. No other document will be accepted for age verification.
- Educational certificates and mark sheets from Class X onwards.
- Valid registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or any State Medical Council.
- Valid Practitioner License.
- Documents supporting the required work experience, if applicable.
- Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
- Caste Certificate, wherever applicable.
- Valid address proof.
- Recommendation letter duly signed by the Head of Medical of the concerned Plant or Unit for ex-employees of Steel Authority of India Limited only.
- Self-declaration certificate confirming that the applicant was not separated through voluntary retirement or dismissal, applicable for former employees of SAIL, other PSUs, or Government organizations.
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
