IDBI Bank Limited Recruitment 2026 for Part Time Doctor Apply Now for Bank Jobs 2026, Through Advertisement No. 1 & 2/2026-27, IDBI Bank Ltd. has announced applications for the engagement of Part-Time Doctors on a contractual basis. The appointments will be made purely on a contract basis with a fixed hourly remuneration for services rendered at the Bank’s Corporate Offices, Zonal Offices, and Staff Quarters.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates, including:
Indian citizens;
Subjects of Nepal and Bhutan;
Tibetan refugees who migrated to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India; and
Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Myanmar or Sri Lanka with the intention of permanently settling in India and who possess an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
Selected candidates will be engaged as Part-Time Doctors and will provide medical services to employees and eligible beneficiaries of the Bank according to the terms and conditions specified in the official notification. The engagement will be purely contractual and will not confer any right to regular employment with IDBI Bank.

Basic Qualification
MBBS/MD degree from a recognized University/College approved by the Medical Council of India in the Allopathic system of medicine. Candidates possessing MD (Medicine) qualification will be given preference.

Experience
For MBBS degree holders: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Practitioner as on 01.05.2026, calculated from the date of registration with the Medical Council of India, National Medical Commission, or State Medical Council. Internship experience will not be considered.
For Postgraduate degree holders (MD): Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Practitioner as on 01.05.2026, calculated from the date of registration with the Medical Council of India, National Medical Commission, or State Medical Council. Internship experience will not be considered.

Age
Candidates should not be more than 67 years of age as on 01 May 2026.
Engagement Tenure
Part time on hourly basis. The term of engagement will be for initial period of 3 years and will be reviewed every year
Selection Procedure
The selection process for the engagement of Part-Time Doctors will consist of the following stages:
All applications received by the Bank will be carefully scrutinized to verify eligibility and compliance with the prescribed criteria.
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and are shortlisted based on the scrutiny process will be invited to participate in a Personal Interview.
The interview will be conducted by a Selection Panel constituted by IDBI Bank.
Final selection will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, performance in the interview, and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as determined by the Bank.

Interested and eligible candidates should submit their biodata in the prescribed application format (Appendix) through ordinary post. Applicants are not required to attach copies of educational qualifications or experience certificates along with the application. These documents will be verified and collected at the time of joining, if selected.
