Eligibility
Deadline: 21 September 2026
The scholarship is open to girl students from SC, ST and OBC communities studying in Classes 9 to 12 or pursuing eligible general undergraduate courses, including B.A., B.A. (Hons.), B.Sc. and B.Com.
Students enrolled in eligible general postgraduate courses, such as M.A., M.A. (Hons.), M.Sc. and M.Com., can also apply.
Applicants must have obtained at least 50% marks in their previous academic year or semester.
The applicant’s total annual family income must not exceed INR 4,00,000 from all sources.
Students from across India are eligible to apply.
Children of employees of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and Buddy4Study cannot apply for this scholarship.
Note:
Preference will be provided to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
Students whose latest examination results are still awaited may apply using the marks from their previous academic year or semester. Where the last even-semester result has not yet been announced, applicants may use the marks from their last available odd semester.

Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a one-time fixed scholarship amount of INR 5,500 to help meet their educational expenses.

Valid government-issued identity proof or masked Aadhaar card
Proof of current admission, such as a current academic year college ID card, bonafide certificate or latest fee receipt
Previous academic year or latest available marksheet
Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, where applicable
Graduation marksheet for postgraduate applicants
Valid SC, ST or OBC category certificate
Disability certificate or supporting document, if applicable
Parent’s income certificate or ITR issued by a competent authority
Proof of educational expenses, including tuition, hostel or book receipts
School or college fee receipts
Bank account details, including a copy of the passbook or cancelled cheque in the applicant’s name or a joint account held with a parent
