Step 1 – Visit the official website, dtetodisha.gov.in, which is the certified platform for Odisha Polytechnic 2023 Registration.
Step 2 – Begin the registration process by providing essential details such as the applicant’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and other required information.
Step 3 – Uploading Images: Attach a scanned color photograph of the applicant taken recently. The file size should be around 100KB.
Step 4 – Upon completing Step 3, proceed to Step 4, which involves Fee Payment. On the designated page, you will find various payment options, including ATM-cum-Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking from the available banks.

The Odisha polytechnic counselling will be conducted in a convenient online mode, divided into two rounds by the authorities. Only candidates who have secured a position on the merit list of Odisha Diploma admission 2023 will be eligible to participate in this counseling process.

Candidates with Z-Domicile have to produce the following certificates:
a) Certificate of residence
b) Mark sheet of HSC examination /10 standard examination issued by institute located in their State, declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha.
Candidates with L-domicile have to produce the following certificates:
a) Residential Certificate issued by Revenue Officer not below the Rank of Tahasildar providing that the candidate belongs to outlying Oriya speaking tracts in Form-III (Part-I).
b) Mark sheet of M.E. or H.S.C examination proving Oriya as a subject at M.E. or H.SC examination in Form-III (Part-II).
