Candidates with Z-Domicile have to produce the following certificates:

  1. a) Certificate of residence
  2. b) Mark sheet of HSC examination /10 standard examination issued by institute located in their State, declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha.

Candidates with L-domicile have to produce the following certificates:

  1. a) Residential Certificate issued by Revenue Officer not below the Rank of Tahasildar providing that the candidate belongs to outlying Oriya speaking tracts in Form-III (Part-I).
  2. b) Mark sheet of M.E. or H.S.C examination proving Oriya as a subject at M.E. or H.SC examination in Form-III (Part-II).
