Minimum Experience:
At least 10 years of clinical practice or engagement with any hospital/establishment or equivalent. Preferred Experience: Experience in bill vetting, hospital networking and tie-ups, along with clinical practice, is preferred.

1. Employee health check-ups and in-house consultation (issuing prescriptions, advising tests, referrals as needed).
2. 24×7 tele-consultation for emergencies (employees & dependents). 3. Liaison with hospitals/medical professionals for tie-ups and treatment coordination. 4. Advise management on medico-legal matters. 5. Scrutiny of hospitalization/domiciliary bills as per company rules. 6. Review health certificates and annual reports. 7. Emergency visits (hospital/residence). 8. Conduct health & wellness sessions. 9. Address any emerging medical needs. 10. Monitor hospitalised employees/dependents and coordinate with treating doctors. 11. Facilitate hospital admissions and specialist referrals. |
Location:
21, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata – 700001 Engagement: Initially for 1 year, extendable by another year based on performance. Work Schedule: 2 days/week, 3 hrs/day + 24×7 telephonic consultation. Timings to be finalized during the interview to ensure doctor availability in each half of working days. Note: GRSE may revise schedule based on requirements. Retainership Fee: Negotiable as per company rules.
