Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited Recruitment 2025 for Diploma Engineers and ITI, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a leading Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, invites candidates for a Fixed-Term Contract Engagement through a Walk-in Selection Drive. The recruitment is being conducted for Assistant Level-4 and Assistant Level-2 positions, primarily aimed at hiring Diploma Engineers and ITI pass-outs. Interested candidates are required to attend the walk-in process at the MIDHANI Corporate Office Auditorium, Hyderabad, with reporting time strictly between 08:00 hrs and 10:30 hrs only.

– Out of 38 posts at Sl. No. 1 to 4, ‘5’ posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen (ESM).

Period of Engagement: Initially for 1 year and further extendable up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirement. Other benefits such as PF, Leaves, Medical etc. will be extended as per rules.

Selection Process:

Walk-in selection process will be carried out / conducted as per schedule at MIDHANI Corporate Office Auditorium, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058.
Interested candidates should reach the venue on above mentioned dates by 0800 hrs and candidates will not be allowed after 1030 hrs.
Only Indian nationals may apply and age, qualification & experience stipulated above should be as on 20.08.2025.
Candidates should mandatorily bring all the original certificates and testimonials with one set of photocopies thereof in support of date of birth (SSC certificate/ Birth certificate), category, educational

qualification (SSC or 10th certificate/ Final Diploma Certificate/ Final B.Sc Certificate/ ITI, NAC, proof of specialization/ subject/ trade/ percentage of marks, consolidated mark sheets etc. [as per the requirement of the post]) with 2 recent colour passport size photographs.

Document verification will be done initially for all the candidates. Candidates appearing for walk-in selection process without proper supporting documents / cases in which the requisite eligibility criteria cannot be distinctly established will not be considered and will be summarily rejected. No request in this regard will be entertained.
Candidates, who fulfil all the requisite parameters and QRs, shall only be allowed to appear for Written Test. Candidates qualified/ shortlisted in the Written Test will be further called for Trade/ Skill Test.
Candidates seeking reservation as EWS/OBC are required to mandatorily bring the recent original EWS / OBC NCL certificate regarding his/her “EWS / OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) status’ issued by the competent authority on the day of walk-in selection process.
Appearance of the candidates for Written Test/Trade Test will not entitle them to claim for contract engagement for the aforesaid posts. Candidates will be debarred ab-initio at any stage of the recruitment process in case they do not fulfil the essential eligibility criteria.
The upper age limit indicated above is for unreserved (UR) category. Age relaxation shall be applicable in accordance with the Government of India orders issued from time to time.
10% relaxation in respect of eligible qualification marks shall be given to SC & ST candidates for the posts mentioned at Sl. No. 1 & 2 (i.e., Assistant Level-4 Metallurgy & Assistant Level-4 Mechanical posts)
If the certificate verification / selection process cannot be conducted on the same day, it will be conducted on the next day or on a later date.
Subsequent to Written Test, Trade Test/ Skill Test will also be conducted at a later date, to those candidates who are further shortlisted in the written test. If the written test / skill / trade test cannot be conducted on the same day, it will be conducted on the next day or on a later date.
Medium of selection tests (written test / trade test) will be English only.
MIDHANI reserves the right to cancel the advertisement / the selection process / restrict or increase the number of posts / alter the eligibility criteria etc.
The cut-off date for all the requisite parameters is 20.08.2025.
The posts are on contract basis only and do not provide any claim for permanent absorption.
