Selection Criteria for Oil India Limited Recruitment 2026 for Retainer Doctor Walk In Interview
Candidates will be shortlisted based on a Walk-in Interview carrying a total of 100 marks.
- To qualify, candidates must secure a minimum of 50 marks, irrespective of category.
- During the interview, applicants will be evaluated on key parameters such as:
- professional knowledge and skills in the relevant discipline,
- related or allied subject knowledge,
- personal attributes, and
- communication and soft skills.
- The final merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in the walk-in interview, provided the candidate scores 50 marks or more.
