Selection Process

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will carry out the selection process for the 9 Senior Assistant Engineer positions based on the review of received applications. Eligible applicants will first undergo a Written Test, and only those who qualify will be invited for an Interview. Information regarding the venue, written test, and interview schedule will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisting for the interview will be done in a 1:7 ratio.
