Key Responsibilities for BOBCaps Recruitment 2026 Manager and Senior Manager Product
Digital eKYC Onboarding Platform – Development & Enhancement
- Lead the strategic design, development, and continuous improvement of the Digital eKYC Onboarding Platform.
- Oversee platform maintenance, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth functionality.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Capital Market offerings such as MTF, TPP, and related services.
Vendor Services Integration & Management
- Manage integrations with back-office systems and multiple third-party vendors to ensure seamless onboarding workflows.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
UI/UX Oversight
- Drive the UI/UX direction of the onboarding platform, ensuring an intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly experience.
End-to-End eKYC Process Ownership
- Take full ownership of the complete eKYC onboarding journey, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Project Management & Timely Delivery
- Plan and monitor project milestones, ensuring all deliverables are achieved within the defined timelines.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Maintain a balance between fast onboarding and adherence to all regulatory requirements governing digital onboarding and broking operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate effectively with key internal teams—including IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales.
- Provide regular progress updates, highlight challenges, and escalate issues where necessary.
Digital Sales Leadership
- Drive digital acquisition initiatives through the Contact Center and other online channels.
- Work toward achieving targeted online sales numbers in line with annual business goals.
