Selection Process
(Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited Recruitment 2025 for Management Trainee for total 16 Posts)
Recruitment will be carried out through an online examination, consisting of two sections—one related to the respective discipline and the other covering aptitude topics. The exam will be available in Hindi (Rajbhasha) and English, and candidates will have 2 hours to complete it.
The test will comprise 150 objective questions of 1 mark each, including:
- 100 questions based on the relevant professional discipline
- 50 questions on General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Awareness
There will be no negative marking for wrong responses. Candidates shortlisted based on test scores will be provisionally invited for a personal interview.
Application Fee
- Rs. 500 for General / EWS / OBC-NCL applicants, plus applicable bank charges
- No fee for SC / ST / PwBD candidates
The fee must be paid online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

All registrations will be treated as provisional, and eligibility will be verified only if the candidate is shortlisted for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
