Introduction: Dr. CV Raman University Distance Education University Courses is a well known university in the state of Chhattisgarh which was established on 3rd November 2006 and is considered to be a private institution. The eligibility criteria for regular courses at Dr. CV Raman University are the following:
| For UG courses
Students must have passed 12th with commerce stream for BCom. BCom is a three years full-time UG course. The average fee for a Bachelor of Commerce is INR 30,000/-. Under the minimum eligibility requirements for BA courses, students must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board. BA is a three years full-time and part-time UG course. The average fee for the Bachelor of Arts program is INR 24,000/-
For other UG courses, a 12th in the relevant stream is required. |

For PG courses
Students who wish to pursue an MSc (Master of Science in Information Technology) must have completed the following degree: BSc (CS IT), a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics up to 10+2, or a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics during their MSc (IT). The average fee for a full-time two-year MSc course is INR 30,000/-
For the MCom course, students must have completed their graduation in BCom. For two years full-time MCom PG course, the average fee is INR 26,000/- |
Dr. CV Raman University Distance Education University Courses Admission Process
The application process for each UG/ PG/ Diploma course is same and candidates can apply in online or offline mode whichever is suitable. Payment of application fee shall be made in offline and online modes.

How to Apply:
- Collect the application form along with prospectus by paying Rs. 100 in cash or send a DD through post along with a written request or may download the application form from the University’s website and get its print out
- Fill in the application form correctly following the instructions carefully.
- Attach all the required documents along with DD (if required).
- Send the application form through the post or submit it in person to the University office.
Application Fee:
- Pay the application of Rs. 100 either in cash or Rs. 150 through the Demand Draft favoring “Registrar, Dr. C.V. Raman University” payable at Bilaspur. Mention the name, course, mobile number, and address on the back side of DD. Those who have downloaded the application form shall pay Rs. 100 through DD.
