The Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) are established in the various districts of the state in order to train interested students for various vocational trade crafts that can land them jobs easily. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship the Directorate of Employment and Training (DGET) looks after all the ITI across Indian states.

The aim of the ITI is to provide skilled technical training to candidates interested in various engineering and non-engineering trades which after the successful completion even assist them to get a government job. The admission is provided in to the ITI courses by two ways

  1. On the basis of previous qualifying marks obtained in the exams.
  2. On the basis of entrance exam.

Government ITI colleges in Delhi Entrance Exam Eligibility

The basic foundation of eligibility criteria is constructed by the state government and union territories with consultation with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

 Educational Qualification

  • Students who have completed Class 8th, Class 10th and Class 12th are eligible.

 

 Age Limit

  • The minimum age for the course is 14 years.
  • There is no upper age limit for the exam.
