ICCR Lata Mangeshkar Dance & Music Scholarship Scheme 2026-27, The ICCR Lata Mangeshkar Dance & Music Scholarship Scheme 2026–27 is an initiative by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. This scholarship is designed to support students from Ghana who wish to pursue higher studies in India, particularly in the fields of dance and music. Selected candidates will receive coverage of tuition fees, a monthly living allowance, and additional benefits to support their academic journey.

To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a national of Ghana with a passport valid for at least 2 years as of 1 July 2026
- Be aged between 18 and 35 years (for UG/PG/Certificate/Diploma courses) or up to 40 years (for Ph.D.)
- Be pursuing higher studies in Indian culture, including dance, music, theatre, performing arts, sculpture, Indian languages, Indian cuisine, or a one-year diploma in yoga
- Demonstrate English language proficiency through valid certification
Note: There is no upper age limit for courses in Hindi, Sanskrit, or certain performing arts, unless specified by the respective institution.

Selected candidates will receive:
- Return economy class airfare to the nearest airport to the place of study in India, along with 3-tier AC train fare (if required)
- Tuition fee/OCF coverage as per university norms
- Monthly stipend and living allowance
- House rent allowance
- Contingency allowance
- Thesis/dissertation allowance

- Valid passport and proof of age
- Academic transcripts
- Medical fitness certificate
- A 500-word essay in English or proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent)
