Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited Recruitment 2025 for Industrial Trainees, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), a prestigious ‘Navratna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), operates as a Public Limited Government Company. Established in 1987 as a Non-Banking Financial Institution, IREDA plays a pivotal role in financing, promoting, and supporting projects related to renewable energy and energy efficiency.
IREDA is now inviting applications from enthusiastic and qualified candidates who have successfully cleared the Intermediate Examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and are keen to pursue Industrial Training. The training will offer hands-on exposure across key functional areas such as Corporate Accounts, Resource Mobilization, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Regulatory Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Management.

Job Description: Corporate Accounts, Resource Raising, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Direct/Indirect Taxation, Auditing etc.
- No. of Vacancies: Twelve (12)
- Duration of Industrial Training: Minimum 12 months; Maximum 15 months
- Educational Qualifications (Recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ GoI):
- Graduation – Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade; and
- ICWAI/CMA (Intermediate Examination – both Groups/Stages) with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; Maximum 27 years
- Stipend: Rs.27,000/- per month (The Industrial Traineesshall not be entitled to any other benefit/ facilities/ allowances apart from the stipend).

- Place of Posting: New Delhi
- Leaves: One (01) day’s leave per month. In addition, trainee shall be eligible for 60 days leave without stipend for appearing in the examination of ‘The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’. The trainees availing leave in excess of their leave which they are entitled, shall be required to undergo training for a further period equivalent to excess leave taken by them. They shall agree to stay beyond normal working hours, whenever required and for this no extra stipend will be paid to them. Unauthorized absence for consecutive 10 days will disqualify them for imparting further training.
- Logistics & Support: Trainees will be required to bring their own laptops. IREDA shall provide them working space, and other necessities as deemed fit.
- Exclusion: Candidates who have undergone training under similar scheme for one year or more in any other PSUs will not be eligible to apply.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: The selected candidates will be allowed for training subject to being found medically fit based on Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Registered Medical Practitioner.
- Confidentiality: The selected candidates shall maintain absolute integrity and maintain the secrecy of the documents they may come across during course of training. They shall not share any information without prior approval of Management.
