JM Sethia Merit Scholarships 2026 Apply Now, JM Sethia Merit Scholarships 2026 is a scholarship initiative offered by the JM Sethia Charitable Trust for students who have successfully passed their examinations in the current academic year. Selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of up to ₹1,000 to support their education.

Eligibility Criteria for JM Sethia Merit Scholarships 2026
Deadline Date: 31-Jul-2026
To be eligible, applicants must:-
- have passed their qualifying examination in the academic year 2026
- secure the following minimum marks:-
- Category A: 75% aggregate in Class 8
- Category B: 75% aggregate in Class 10
- Category C: 75% aggregate for Science & Commerce streams and 65% for Humanities/Arts
- Category D: 60% aggregate for Science & Commerce streams and 50% for Humanities/Arts
- Category P: 60% aggregate for Science & Commerce streams and 50% for Humanities/Arts
- be enrolled as a full-time student in any of the following courses/classes:-
- Class 9
- Class 10
- Class 11
- Class 12
- Graduation programmes
- Postgraduation programmes
- Professional courses
Note:
- Applicants should not be availing any other scholarship.
- 20% of the scholarships are reserved for specially-abled students, students with excellence in extracurricular activities (sports, NCC, debating, dramatics, social service, etc.), and economically weaker students with an annual family income below ₹1,20,000.
Scholarship Benefits for JM Sethia Merit Scholarships 2026
Selected students will receive the following monthly scholarship assistance:-
- Category A: ₹400 per month for two years (Class 9 to 10)
- Category B: ₹500 per month for two years (Class 11 to 12)
- Category C: ₹600 per month for two or three years, depending on the course duration (Graduation)
- Category D: ₹700 per month for two or three years, depending on the course duration (Postgraduation)
- Category P: ₹1,000 per month for two or three years, depending on the course duration (Professional courses)
Note:
- The scholarship amount must be used only for educational purposes.
- Selected candidates are required to submit a continuity certificate signed by the head of the institution every quarter.

Applicants need to submit the following documents:-
- Duly filled application form
- Passport-size photograph (maximum size: 1 MB)
- Marksheet of the last qualifying examination (maximum size: 10 MB)
- Income proof (maximum size: 10 MB)
- Special category certificate, if applicable (maximum size: 10 MB)

Selection Process
