Margdarshan Mentorship Program by CNH – ITC 2025, The Margdarshan Mentorship Program by CNH – ITC is an initiative of the India Technology Centre (ITC), part of CNH Industrial, designed to strengthen the professional skills, personal development, and employability of underprivileged students through dedicated mentorship. In line with CNH Industrial’s mission to build a better world, this program is open to students from any year of a B.Tech degree at government or government-aided colleges and universities in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
Participants will have the opportunity to join an in-depth online upskilling webinar conducted by ITC employees. Additionally, they can benefit from one-on-one mentorship, career guidance, and learning resources provided by experienced professionals at CNH Industrial.

Eligibility Criteria
(Margdarshan Mentorship Program by CNH – ITC 2025)
- Open to B.Tech students (any year) from Government or Government-Aided colleges/universities located in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
- Minimum 60% marks in the previous academic year.
- The annual family income of the applicants must be less than or equal to ₹6 lakh from all sources.

- 9 group webinars to be conducted by subject matter experts.
Note:
- Scheduling of the online sessions of mentors and mentees for the course duration is based on mutual preference.
- The mentees will have the option to request rescheduling sessions.

- Family income proof (Salary Slip, Form 16, Income Certificate, ITR, etc.)
