ABOUT THE ROLE (Monitoring and Evaluation NGO Job in Pan India)
As the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at Sauramandala Foundation, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of effective monitoring & evaluation systems to ensure that programs and initiatives are optimized for impact. You are expected to have a strong background in primary & secondary research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting, along with excellent project management and communication skills. By working with organizational leadership as well as diverse project teams & stakeholders, you will be contributing to the foundation’s mission of accelerating social and economic development in remote and inaccessible communities.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE LEAD- LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT?
Monitoring & Evaluation Framework (Monitoring and Evaluation NGO Job in Pan India)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the foundation’s programs and initiatives, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design monitoring and evaluation plans, including clear indicators, data collection methods, and tools for measuring progress and outcomes.
Data Collection and Analysis (Monitoring and Evaluation NGO Job in Pan India)
- Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of program data, including quantitative and qualitative data sources, to assess progress, identify trends, and measure impact.
- Conduct regular field visits and site assessments to monitor program activities, gather data, and ensure data quality and integrity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as social sciences, data management, economics, statistics, public administration, or related field).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or related roles, preferably in the non-profit sector or international development context.
- Strong technical skills in monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with people management, and comfort with capacity building of internal team members at different levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly and persuasively.
- Have sensitivity towards diverse stakeholders across genders, age groups, and socio-cultural backgrounds.
