Satya Scholarship Program 2025, The Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust proudly champions the cause of higher education for deserving youth—especially girls—by launching the Satya Scholarship Program, a merit-cum-means initiative designed to break financial barriers. This scholarship fully covers tuition fees (as per the institute’s structure) for first-year students pursuing 3 to 5-year undergraduate or integrated master’s degrees in Commerce, Engineering, or Medical fields at select colleges and universities within Ludhiana district.
Aimed at students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, this program empowers them to continue their academic journey post-12th grade. Those selected will earn the prestigious title of Satya Scholars, carrying forward the Trust’s vision to nurture talent, fuel ambition, and foster dignity through education.

Eligibility (Satya Scholarship Program 2025)
- Must have passed Class 12 board exams from Ludhiana district with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Must be a citizen and resident of India.
- Annual parents’ income should not exceed INR 5 Lakh from all sources. In case of orphan students, the guardian’s income should also not exceed INR 5 Lakh.
- Open to students enrolled in the first-year of 3–5-year UG/integrated master’s (eligible) courses in Commerce (BBA, BCom), Engineering (BTech, B.E. (all streams), B.Sc. (Engineering), BCA, B. Arch), and Medical (MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Sc. (Paramedics)) from selected colleges/universities (Institutes) located in Ludhiana district. - Preference given to girls, athletes (state/national/international level), persons with disabilities, orphans, and children of single parents.
- Scholars must maintain 75% attendance, good conduct, and a minimum 6 GPA or 60% to continue with the scholarship — CLICK HERE for full information.
- Note: Applicants should not be recipients of any other educational scholarship.
Benefits (Satya Scholarship Program 2025)
- Scholarships are for the full duration of the UG courses including integrated courses of up to 5 years (subject to meeting the renewal criteria).
- Each scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees as per the fee structure of the selected institutes.
- Full tuition fee if paid by the scholar in the first year will be reimbursed directly to the student’s or parent’s account.
- In case Satya scholars are mandated to reside on campus as per the campus policy, the scholar may apply for hostel and mess charges, which may be considered by the Trust on a case-to-case basis.
- Once the Satya Scholars graduate & are subsequently gainfully employed, they will undertake to voluntarily support at least one student at a school or college level on a continuous basis.

- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Aadhaar card for identity and address proof
- Current year admission letter from the institute
- Class 12-mark sheet
- Institute’s fee structure document
- Parental income proof (Tehsildar/BDP certificate, affidavit for orphans/single parent, salary slips, ITR/Form 16, or BPL certificate)
- Bank account details of applicant and parent
- Crisis-related documents (death certificate of a parent or critical illness proof, if applicable)
- PWD or sports achievement certificates, if applicable
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) outlining aspirations and reason for applying
