Schools in Egypt Admission Process

 

  • First select a select a school for admission
  • Parents must visit the official website of the school.
  • Upon visiting the official website of the school a parent should complete the online registration.
  • Completing the above process the parent now will personally visit the school and complete the further process of documents submission and other formalities.
  • Some schools may take an entrance exam or a personal interview for the purpose of selection.
  • School authorities after selecting the child offer a selection letter.
  • Make sure to deposit the school fee to confirm your child admission.

 

Essential Documents Required for Admission in Schools in Egypt

 

  • A copy of the pupil’s latest Academic Report Cards from the last two years (if transferring here).
  • Original Birth Certificates (locals)
  • A Copy of Foreign Birth Certificate
  • passport size photos
  • Copy of the child’s and parents’ IDs and Passports
  • Copy Expatriates Registration from the previous school (transferring students)
  • Letter of approval from the embassy directed to MCE (for transfer students)
  • Behaviour Reference letter stamped by the previous school (for transferring students)
  • Transfer letter certified and stamped by the student’s previous school and the Educational Directorate (for transfer students)
