- No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.
- The appointment to the post of Project Associate IIb is purely temporary and project-based. The selected candidate shall not have any claim for regular employment under TANUVAS, Chennai. The initial appointment will be for a period of one year and may be extended for up to two additional years, subject to the requirements of the project and satisfactory performance of the candidate. TANUVAS shall not be responsible for continuation of employment, salary, or regular appointment after the completion or termination of the project.
- The performance of the selected candidate will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If the performance or conduct is found unsatisfactory, the engagement may be terminated by providing one month’s notice.
- Candidates who are willing to serve for a minimum period of one year are encouraged to apply and attend the interview.
- Applicants who are currently employed must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview.
