How to Apply

Interested and Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website www.ukpsc.net.in from 15 Nov to 05 Dec 2022.
No other mode/means of application will be accepted.
New users have to register themselves through OTR (one-time registration) on the UKPSC official website and then apply for the post.

Application Fees

No application fee is to be taken for Jail Warder (Bandi Rakshak) Exam 2022.

Selection Procedure

Candidates have to go through Physical Measurement Test.

For Males:

– Height : 165 cm or 5’5″ (160 cm or 5’3″ for Hill Candidates, 157.5 cm or 5’2″ for ST Candidates)
– Weight : 55 Kgs
– Chest : 78.8 cm (83.8 cm with extension) & for Hill Candidates/SC/ ST 76.3 cm (81.3 cm with extension)
– Eyes : 6/6 on both eyes

For Females:

– Height: 152 cm (147 cm for Hill Candidates, SC, ST Candidates)
– Weight : 45 Kgs
– Eyes : 6/6 on both eyes

After qualify Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Exam(100 Marks) will be conducted & 50 marks is minimum marks to qualify. Physical Efficiency Exam includes –

For Males:

– Cricket Ball Throw
– Long Jump
– Chinning Up
– Sit Up/ Pushups
– Running

For Females:

– Chinning Up
– Running

Written Exam

There will be a 2-hour objective type written test of 100 marks which will have General Hindi, General Knowledge, and General Study’s related questions. The written examination syllabus will be available on the website of the Commission.
