Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess a First Class Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. Candidates holding professional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) will be preferred. Additional preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed the CAIIB certification.

Age Limit

Candidates should not be more than 45 years of age as on the date specified in the recruitment notification.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of experience as an Officer in a reputed banking institution, including Nationalized Banks, Private Sector Banks, or Multi-State Scheduled Banks.

In addition, candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Head and must have managed:

A branch with business volume of ₹300 Crore or above.
An advances portfolio of ₹120 Crore or above.
