1. Graduate Apprentice (Technical) – BE/B.Tech

Qualification: Full-time 4-year BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Information Science, E&T, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning or Aeronautical Engineering.

Qualification: Full-time 3-year graduation in B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA or BBA (HR).
Minimum Age: 17 years
Monthly Stipend: ₹12,300
3. Diploma Apprentice

Qualification: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Age: 17 years
Monthly Stipend: ₹10,900
4. Trade Apprentice – ITI

Qualification: Full-time ITI qualification in relevant trades, including Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, COPA, Diesel Mechanic, Carpenter, TDM, Sheet Metal, Plumber, MAEE, MMV and Electronic Mechanic.

Monthly Stipend: ₹9,600 or ₹10,560, depending on the trade
Selection Process
BEML will select apprentices primarily through merit, and candidates will not have to appear for a written examination or interview.
The selection process includes the following stages:
Initial Screening: Applications will be checked against the prescribed eligibility and qualification requirements.
Preparation of Merit List: Separate category-wise merit lists will be prepared for each trade and location. Candidates may be shortlisted at a ratio of 1:5 against the available training slots.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of their educational and other required documents. Communication will be sent to their registered email addresses. No TA/DA will be provided for attending verification.
Final Merit: The final selection list will be prepared from candidates who attend document verification and are found eligible. Merit will primarily be determined by the marks or percentage obtained in the final qualifying examination.
Engagement Offer: Eligible candidates will receive an apprenticeship engagement offer subject to the availability of training slots. Other eligible candidates may be placed on a reserved waiting panel.
Apprenticeship Contract: Selected candidates must accept the required tripartite apprenticeship contract through NATS/NAPS and submit the prescribed medical and police verification certificates.
